I have been a licensed Broker since 2004 and a Managing Broker since 2017. I enjoy managing compliance, contract timelines, marketing and communications for the real estate business. I continually keep up on local market conditions, changing laws and forms so I can be an asset to the team and take pride in always keeping open and clear communication throughout the course of business.
I was born and raised in Woodland where I reside with my husband and our three adult children. We enjoy spending time at home with our animals and working in the garden as well as exploring new places either on our motorcycle or with our travel trailer.

Following a 30-year career as a Lead City Planner for the City of Vancouver, Jodie Sharp seamlessly transitioned her deep knowledge of land use, zoning, and community development into a second career in real estate—one that has flourished for nearly two decades. Since earning her license in 2007, Jodie has become a consistent top producer and one of Clark County’s most respected Realtors, known for her expertise, integrity, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Jodie’s extensive background in city planning gives her a unique edge when it comes to identifying development potential, navigating complex property challenges, and advocating for her clients’ interests. She remains actively engaged in local planning and zoning issues, serving on boards and committees that promote responsible growth, protect agricultural lands, and support the equestrian community she deeply values.
Clients describe Jodie as professional, honest, and patient—someone who treats every transaction as if it were her own investment. Whether representing a first-time buyer or marketing a luxury estate, she brings the same level of care, attention, and negotiation skill to every client relationship. Her thoughtful approach and proven results have earned her recognition as one of Clark County’s “Best Real Estate Agents” by The Columbian readers multiple times.
Jodie’s professional involvement includes serving on the Clark County Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2015–2025) and on the Governmental Affairs Committee (2022–2025). She is also a member of Greater Vancouver Luxury Homes and a Board Member for Lifeline Connections (2023–2025), an organization providing care for individuals experiencing substance use and mental health challenges.
When she’s not working with clients, Jodie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, often on the family’s equestrian farm. She is involved in her church and loves traveling and exploring new places.
